The problem

Your people are not short of expertise. They are short of a hearing.

The deal does not fall over because the numbers were wrong. The change programme does not stall because the strategy was bad. In almost every case, something true and important was said, and did not land.

Communication is the cheapest performance lever an organisation has and the one most consistently left alone. We treat it as a trainable technical skill, because that is exactly what it is.

Programmes

Four places we are usually called in.

Every engagement is bespoke. These are the shapes they most often take.

01

Leadership & executive presence

For senior people whose words set direction. Command a room without raising your voice, hold a line under hostile challenge, and make strategy sound like something worth following. Works equally well as a small cohort or as confidential 1-to-1 coaching for the executive team.

Half day · Full day · Retained 1:1

02

Client-facing & sales teams

Pitch, present, and survive the difficult question. We rehearse your live opportunities, real decks and real objections, and work on structure, tone and emphasis until the value you are offering is impossible to miss.

Workshop · Programme · Pitch rehearsal

03

Technical experts & specialists

Engineers, clinicians, analysts, academics. People who know the most in the room and are heard the least. We work on translating depth into decision-ready clarity without dumbing anything down.

Conference prep · Board briefings · Internal comms

04

Media & public profile

Television, radio, podcast and press, led by an award-winning broadcaster who has media-trained over 500 academics, doctors, scientists and soldiers. Message discipline, camera craft and reputation protection when the questions get sharp.

Mock interviews · Spokesperson training · Crisis prep

How an engagement runs

Scoped properly. Delivered on your ground.

01

Scoping call, 30 minutes, free

We find out who the cohort is, what they have to do differently, and what success looks like to whoever is signing it off. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.

02

Proposal & bespoke quote

A written outline of the programme, session by session, with pricing. Typically back with you within 48 hours of the scoping call.

03

Delivery, on site or remote

Interactive workshops built on rehearsal, not slides. Everyone speaks, everyone gets specific feedback, and everyone leaves with tools they can use in the next meeting.

04

Assessment & report

A closing assessment and a short written summary for the sponsor: what moved, what to keep practising, and where the next marginal gain sits.

How we measure it

The SPEAKIT assessment.

Our own framework, developed in-house across defence, financial services, healthcare and hospitality. Seven measurable dimensions of effective communication, scored for every participant before and after a programme, so you have evidence, not anecdote, when the budget gets reviewed.

S Scored
P Scored
E Scored
A Scored
K Scored
I Scored
T Scored

We keep the seven dimensions in the room rather than on the website. Book a scoping call and we will run you through the full framework, the scoring, and the sponsor report your team would receive at the end of a programme.

Why Speech Hub

Rehearsal room, not lecture theatre.

Coaches who have done it

Classically trained actors, a former infantry officer commissioned from Sandhurst, and an award-winning broadcaster who has reported from over 50 countries. Not a facilitator reading from a deck.

Built on your material

We work with your live pitches, your all-hands, your board papers. Nothing generic, nothing off-the-shelf, nothing your team has already sat through elsewhere.

Measured, not assumed

SPEAKIT assessment before and after gives the sponsor something concrete to point at: scored, written up, and comparable across the cohort.

Cleared for serious environments

We have worked inside defence, healthcare, financial services, higher education and luxury hospitality. We understand discretion and we understand a security brief.

Intern to chief executive

We coach every level of seniority, frequently inside the same organisation: graduates finding their voice in a meeting, and the executive team presenting to the market. One supplier, one shared language, top to bottom.

Flexible delivery

On site anywhere in the UK, at our London studio, or fully remote for distributed teams, including across time zones.

Formats

Common shapes and what they cost.

Group work is always quoted bespoke. Cohort size, location and duration all move the number. These are the formats we are asked for most often.

Procurement questions

The practical bits.

How quickly can you turn round a quote?

Typically within 48 hours of a scoping call. If you need something for a budget deadline, say so in the enquiry and we will work to it.

What group size do you work with?

Workshops work best at 8 to 12 people so everyone gets time on their feet. We can run larger cohorts by splitting into streams, and we regularly run programmes for whole departments in waves.

Can you deliver on our site?

Yes, anywhere in the UK, and we have run sessions inside secure environments. We also deliver fully remotely for distributed teams.

How do you evidence the impact?

Participants are assessed against our SPEAKIT framework at the start and end of a programme, and the sponsor receives a written summary of what moved and what to keep working on.

Do you offer discounts for the public sector or charities?

Yes. We offer reduced rates for public sector and emergency services teams, and for registered charities. Tell us on the scoping call and it will be reflected in the quote.

Are you set up as a supplier?

Speech Hub is a registered UK learning provider (UKPRN 10100682). We can provide insurance certificates, coach biographies and references on request.
