Connor
Co-founder and coach
Former Army officer. Classically trained actor. Communications coach.
Commissioned from Sandhurst, Connor served in the infantry before retraining as an actor. He brings both worlds to his coaching, helping people express themselves with clarity, confidence and presence, without getting in their own way.
Tom
Co-founder and coach
Drama-trained coach. Communications and confidence specialist.
After training at one of London’s leading drama schools, Tom channelled everything he learned into coaching, helping people find their authentic voice and the confidence to use it. He has worked with government advisors, councillors, TV personalities and astronauts. Whoever you are, wherever you are headed, Tom has coached someone like you.
Ash
Media trainer and coach
Award-winning journalist, broadcaster and author.
After stints as a rugby coach, ski instructor and cowboy, Ash built a career reporting from over 50 countries for the BBC, Channel 5, Sky News, the Telegraph and the Times. He is the resident travel expert on BBC Morning Live, author of Why We Travel , and has media-trained over 500 academics, doctors, scientists and soldiers.
